EtherLan Terms and Conditions Your rights When you interact with Sixteen13 Ministry and/or Etherlan's official social media accounts, as well as the social media accounts of EtherLan's partners, sponsors or representatives, your social media profile information may be recorded as per the practices of the social media platform. However, you have the right to refuse to give us any additional personal information when you interact with us on social media. There will be no legal or administrative consequences, but you might not be able to take part in a particular activity. You can ask to access personal information that you have given us or that may have been created when you have interacted with us through our social media accounts, forms or websites (Sites). We don't collect and retain this information with the intention of it being retrievable, so if you ask to access to it, please give the date and time of the interaction and any other details that could help us retrieve it. Your Responsibilities If you choose to interact with us on social media or through any of our services, you should read these full terms and conditions before doing so. Children Under Sixteen EtherLan does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of sixteen. If you are under 16, you may participate in EtherLan and it's tournaments only with permission of a parent or guardian. Use of Communication Services EtherLan may contain bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group (collectively, "Communication Services"). You agree to use the Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service. Materials Provided to or Posted on Any EtherLan Web Page EtherLan does not claim ownership of the materials you provide (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any EtherLan Site or our associated services (collectively "Submissions"). Liability Disclaimer THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH ETHERLAN AND THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. ETHERLAN AND/OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE SITE AT ANY TIME. Termination/Access Restriction EtherLan reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. Use of the Site/Services is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms. Changes to Terms EtherLan reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which it's events and services are offered.
